Organizations often reach critical junctures when their boards, and internal leadership recognize that it is time to reflect on both role and impact. To successfully navigate this course of active reflection, I lead clients through a process of assessing current impact and defining new pathways for the future. Skilled in working one-on-one to group visioning activities, I work with organizations to define and map out their most relevant and germane next steps.
